Sydney Boat Show Success
07-Aug-2009| Enterprise Marine enjoyed a highly successful 2009 Sydney International Boat Show with orders being taken for both family day boats and serious fishing boats. Considering the global financial crisis, the atmosphere was very upbeat with most people seeing "light at the end of the tunnel". The silver lining for boat dealers was the fact that families feeling the pinch of the economic downturn appeared to be purchasing boats for long-term family enjoyment rather than a "one-off" expensive overseas holiday. Most attention was focused on the range of Stacer family day boats and the highly popular Goldstar range of fishing boats. (We love fishermen, they seem to be able to envisage themselves reeling in a monster fish of the back of a Goldstar 5500, before they've worked out how their going to break the news to their wife!) Package deals including boat, trailer and Yamaha outboard motor, proved the most popular option, particularly with the Boat Show Finance discounts that were being offered by Yamaha.
